A feasibility study showing alternative options on a stalled planning perimeter. The block is squashed between 2 sets of railway tracks. Here the base three storey construction incorporate a supermarket, storage facilities and carpark. It ends in a roof garden which serves as green space for a tower as well as an outdoor space for public spaces. The tower is built in two vertical grids and allows for all uses in this early planning stage.
